2 Posts - 8 hours per week (Saturday & Sunday)

Main duties of the job

Workingalongside clinical teams and infection control, housekeeping teams ensure the cleanlinessof the Trusts estate in accordance with national standards and the Trusts strategiccleaning plan.
You will beresponsible for delivering a fully comprehensive and professional cleaning service,to meet NHS standard of cleanliness and other housekeeping duties in accordancewith schedules and procedures and will work within local community hospitals /other inpatient settings / health centres / clinics / and administration areas. You will also be required to relayinformation that may impact on other clinical / non-clinical services. The rolewill provide you with variety as no two days are the same.
You will receive full support, training, and guidance to enable you toundertake a range of cleaning duties to include, general cleaning tasks(bathrooms, kitchens, wards, clinics, theatres, office areas, etc.) as well asspecialised cleaning processes to include machines, with some specific tasks beingtailored to the needs of a particular service and around patient care.
