* £35,000–£45,000 basic salary (DOE)

Role Responsibilities
* Providing high‑quality, fee‑free mortgage & protection advice
* Managing a steady flow of pre‑qualified, high‑intent leads
* Delivering exceptional customer service from enquiry to completion
* Working collaboratively with dedicated admin, case management, and compliance teams
* Maintaining excellent knowledge of the mortgage and protection market
What We’re Looking For
* Fully CeMAP‑qualified
* Proven experience as a successful Mortgage & Protection Adviser
* Strong communication skills and a genuinely customer‑focused approach
* Comfortable working independently, remotely, or within a hybrid setup
* Someone who values quality advice over pressure‑based selling
