Job Title: Part-Time Physiotherapy Services Administrator & Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly, organised, and flexible Administrator/Receptionist to join our busy physiotherapy Network. This role is varied and rewarding, with the opportunity to support patients and clinicians across several clinic sites.

Our administration team plays a vital role in supporting both our patients and clinicians, ensuring every patient receives the best possible care from start to finish.
Job Description
As an Administrator/Receptionist, you will play a key role in our patients' journey, providing excellent service face-to-face, over the telephone, and via email. You will work closely with our experienced admin team, physiotherapists, and orthopaedic surgeons, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Emailing patients and responding to enquiries
* Booking and managing appointments
* Issuing physiotherapy referrals to clinics within our network
* Processing billing and financial administration
* Managing spreadsheets and databases
* Handling sensitive patient data, including medical records, in line with GDPR
* Preparing and maintaining clinic rooms for consultants
* Chaperoning patients when required
* Greeting patients and providing a professional, welcoming front-of-house service
Hours & Locations (18.5 hours per week)
* Rotherham (Hollings Lane) – Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9:00am–5:00pm (main base)
* Sheffield (Sandygate Clinic) – 2nd & 4th Saturday of each month, 8:00am–1:00pm
* Chesterfield (Glass Yard) – occasional cover for annual leave
Requirements
Essential:
* Strong understanding of GDPR and the importance of confidentiality
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Confident in using IT systems, spreadsheets, and databases
* Flexible and reliable, with ability to travel across sites as required
Desirable:
* Previous administration or reception experience (healthcare setting advantageous)
* Experience in patient-facing or customer service roles
Training
Full training will be provided at our Sheffield (Sandygate Clinic) site to support you in developing the skills needed for the role.
