The Role
This position will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service.
Our Expert Liaison team interacts directly with solicitors, sourcing and managing medical experts who provide reports that determine the outcome of cases.
The work is fast-paced and complicated, operating in a highly rewarding environment where you'll learn about the legal space and the role medical expertise plays.
Key requirements include:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with solicitors and medical experts
* Confidence dealing with complex queries to progress cases and solve issues
* Strong research skills to find relevant medical experts for specific cases
* Organisation and time-management skills to juggle multiple cases at once
* Pro-activity and speed of work to balance quality and rapid response times
* A desire to learn and immerse yourself in the world of case management
