What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Coordinator, you’ll provide vital project management and administrative support across internal and client-facing projects in scientific areas such as:
* Medical Communications
* Value & Access
* Evidence Development
* Rare Diseases
* MedTech
* Health Policy
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing delivery of scientific content and coordinating timelines
* Formatting, quality control, and referencing of key healthcare documents
* Supporting in-person and virtual events, meetings, and congresses
* Communicating with clients and healthcare professionals
* Assisting with internal process improvements and divisional initiatives
* Coordinating logistics with external suppliers and creative teams
* Tracking compliance documentation and supporting proposal development
Who We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for science graduates who are highly organized and excited about evidence-based medicine. You do not need prior experience — full training is provided.
Essential Requirements:
* A 2:1 degree or above (or equivalent) in a scientific field (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, Biochemistry, Global Health, Public Health)
* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of written English
* Excellent organizational and time-management skills
* Effective verbal communication across diverse teams
* A genuine interest in healthcare and scientific project delivery
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Visa Sponsorship Eligibility:
* Must meet UK Skilled Worker visa criteria
(e.g., under 26, recent UK graduate, or holding a PhD in STEM)
