HR Business Partner – Interim (12 Month Fixed Term)
We are recruiting an interim HR Business Partner to join a leading organisation. The role is a 12‑month fixed‑term contract with a May start date.
Responsibilities
* Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals.
* Shape organisational design, workforce and succession planning.
* Coach leaders to build high‑performing, inclusive teams.
* Support change and transformation initiatives.
* Use people data and insight to drive decision‑making and improve outcomes.
* Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation.
* Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives.
Qualifications
* Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment.
* Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning.
* Experience supporting change and transformation.
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law.
* Data‑driven, with the ability to translate insight into action.
* Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders.
Job Offer
* Location: Hybrid – 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices.
* Contract: Full time, fixed term 12 months, start May.
* Salary: £70k – £80k, dependent on experience.
