The Opportunity
We’re looking for a confident, enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Manager who thrives on winning instructions, leading from the front and delivering exceptional service. This is a hands‑on role for someone who loves the buzz of agency, enjoys a competitive environment and wants to make a real impact in a high‑profile branch.

You’ll be someone who:
* Has a proven track record of winning new instructions
* Is a natural communicator and influencer with strong sales ability
* Delivers exceptional customer service at every stage

* Enjoys leading and developing others
* Is proactive, detail‑focused and able to multitask
* Wants to grow, learn and progress within a successful business
* Holds a full UK driving licence
* You may already be running your own branch or perhaps you feel that now is the time that you are ready to take the reigns and take control.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Actively winning and securing new property instructions
* Overseeing negotiators to ensure proactive buyer activity
* Ensuring consistent, high‑quality client feedback
* Negotiating offers through to acceptance
* Registering and qualifying applicants
* Referring clients for mortgage and conveyancing services
* Reporting regularly to the Sales Director on performance
* Attending Managers’ meetings and contributing ideas and insight
