What You'll Be Getting Up To:
·Building networks of talented chefs in your region, you will do this by being brilliant at database management and record keeping
·Matching chefs to shifts like a pro, keeping kitchens fully staffed and happy.
·Chatting with venue managers and chefs to build long lasting relationships (you’ll be the friendly face/voice they trust)
·Jumping in to sort any hiccups (no shows or other issues)
