If you are an experienced IT Support Specialist, this position covering two offices could be an excellent career move, offering promising prospects for the right candidate.
Some of your duties will include:
1. Troubleshooting incidents reported from initiation to resolution.
2. Providing application support, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
3. Managing SQL Server performance issues and resolving related matters.
4. Supporting various applications on mixed Windows/Linux Server platforms.
5. Performing Linux/Unix system administration, specifically on Red Hat and CentOS.
6. Troubleshooting and diagnosing network and infrastructure issues such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and Firewall.
