A globally recognised transformation consultancy is looking for an experienced M365 Systems Administrator to join its growing technology team in London.

The Opportunity
Joining a close-knit and high-performing IT function, you'll take ownership across Microsoft 365 administration, endpoint management, security tooling and user support while helping drive the company's transition into a fully optimised Microsoft 365 E5 environment.
This is far more than a traditional support role. You'll have the chance to influence tooling, improve processes, automate workflows and contribute to wider technology initiatives across the business.
You'll work across:
* Microsoft 365 administration
* Intune and endpoint management
* Microsoft Defender and security tooling
* Entra ID and identity management
* SharePoint and Teams administration
* Microsoft Purview and compliance
* Automation using Power Automate
* SaaS application support and integrations
* User support across Windows, Mac and mobile environments
What You'll Be Doing
* Providing first and second-line technical support to users across global offices
* Managing and optimising the Microsoft 365 environment
* Supporting device management through Intune and endpoint security tooling
* Assisting with security, compliance and access management initiatives
* Improving internal processes through automation and workflow improvements
* Supporting collaboration tools including Teams and SharePoint
* Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver an exceptional user experience
* Contributing to ongoing IT projects and technology transformation initiatives
What They're Looking For
* Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 environments
* Hands-on knowledge of Intune, Entra ID, Defender and Exchange Online
* Experience supporting Windows, MacOS and mobile devices
* Understanding of security and compliance best practices
* Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate would be highly beneficial
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
* Someone proactive, solutions-focused and keen to improve systems and processes
