Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in daily kitchen operations, ensuring prep is completed and dishes are made to specification.
* Work with fresh ingredients, demonstrating good kitchen skills including food prep, knife skills, and hygiene practices.
* Maintain high standards of allergen management, food safety, and kitchen essentials.
Ideal Candidate:
* Experienced Chef or Junior Sous Chef looking to advance their career.
* Excellent communication skills and a team player.
* Self-motivated, able to work at pace with limited supervision.
