The role of Estate Technician will include:
1. Clearing and cleaning properties to a standard ready to let
2. Clearing gardens to a manageable standard
3. Ad hoc works orders such as bulk removal
4. Completing grounds maintenance such as grass and hedge cutting
5. Completing daily work records and maintaining stock levels
6. Ensuring tools and equipment are kept in a useable condition
7. Providing accurate information and updates on the progress of allocated work
Skills and experiences:
8. Some practical experience in compliance testing and operating hand tools and light machinery an advantage
9. Working knowledge of health and safety regulations
10. Excellent time management skills
11. Previous experience in working with Housing Associations would be an advantageous, but not essential
12. This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence

23. £25,459 per annum (rising to £26,799 per annum after 12 months, subject to satisfactory performance)
