Role Overview
The Chiller Sales Engineer will have ownership and responsibility for managing client accounts requiring chillers/refrigeration systems in the process manufacturing industry. They will develop new leads and convert them into clients. Good IT skills are essential for using CRM systems to track client needs. The engineer will work with the Head of Sales to ensure quotations and proposals meet commercial and profit targets.
Requirements
* Previous experience in sales of chillers or refrigeration systems into the process manufacturing industry.
* Ability to develop long-lasting client relationships and understand their refrigeration needs.
* Strong numeracy, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Fluent English, including technical and engineering terminology.
* Based in Southampton.
Benefits and Package
Negotiable depending on experience, up to £40,000 per annum, plus commission, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and private healthcare after 1 year of service.
