We are partnering with a premium, purpose-led skincare brand to appoint a Senior National Account Manager with a proven track record in growing key UK Accounts and new business development.
This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who thrives in making strategic decisions and relationship management.
Role
* Manage JBPs, forecasting and promotional strategies to drive sustainable, profitable growth
* Develop tailored commercial plans aligned to brand positioning and consumer insight
* Play a key role in opening new premium retail partnerships
* Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations and finance to deliver against KPIs
* Maintain strong awareness of market trends, bringing insight-led opportunities to the business
Requirements
* Proven experience managing UK national accounts within beauty or wellness
* Strong commercial acumen with a track record of winning new business and scaling existing accounts
* Confident communicator with the ability to operate at senior buyer level
* Strategic yet comfortable balancing with day-to-day delivery
* Analytical, organised and confident working with forecasting, reporting and ERP systems
* Passionate about natural, ethical or wellness-led brands
