The Role
As Senior Product Manager at Savings, you'll define the future of savings products at one of the fastest-growing fintechs.
Your key responsibilities
* Lead the execution for savings and investment products, with a strong focus on the UK market.
* Own the full product lifecycle, from planning to launch and optimisation.
* Drive growth and adoption across the UK and other EU markets by delivering competitive and innovative digital solutions.
* Identify new opportunities to deepen customer engagement through the automated savings rules and goal-based features Plum offers.
* Design intuitive user experiences that simplify complex financial concepts and drive conversion.
* Ensure product compliance with regulations, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.
* Manage a high-performing team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
* Partner with design, engineering, marketing, and commercial teams to bring impactful products to market quickly and effectively.
* Leverage data and insights to continuously improve product performance and user satisfaction.
Who you are
* Demonstrated experience in digital product development within the fintech industry.
* Strong knowledge of fintech fundamentals: interest rate structures, accrual mechanisms, product features (instant/easy access), and withdrawal systems.
* Deep understanding of the UK market and customer behaviours.
* Natural collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments.
* Proven ability to scale financial products in the UK and the EU.
* A strategic thinker who can also execute at pace, using data to inform decisions.
* Experienced in managing product teams.
* Familiar with the UK and EU financial regulations
* Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment.
