About the Role
Our private client, a respected provider in the adult social care sector, is seeking an experienced Project Turnaround Manager to lead service improvement initiatives across adult services in the London region.
This is a key leadership role focused on stabilising services, implementing change, and driving high standards of care and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Provide operational leadership and support to Registered Managers in underperforming or transitional services
Deliver measurable improvements in CQC-regulated environments
Ensure services meet or exceed KPIs, quality, and compliance standards
Lead service redesign and workflow optimisation
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and person-centred careCandidate Profile
Proven experience in multi-site operational leadership within adult social care
Strong background in turnaround or service improvement projects
In-depth knowledge of CQC standards, safeguarding, and compliance
Financially astute with experience managing service budgets
Strong leadership and coaching skills
Resilient, solution-focused, and committed to high-quality care
