Your role in our family:
* Deliver high-quality therapeutic, holistic, and beauty treatments
* Provide tailored consultations and treatment recommendations
* Ensure exceptional guest experience from start to finish
* Maintain a clean, safe, and serene treatment environment
* Work collaboratively with a supportive, growing team
* Promote wellness products and additional services
* Uphold hygiene and professional standards at all times
* Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
* Support the development of new treatments and experiences
* Engage in ongoing training and professional development
What would make you the perfect fit?
* You hold a Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy or Holistic Therapy, with a solid understanding of a wide range of treatments.
* Your confident, friendly nature instantly puts guests at ease and creates a positive, calming environment.
* You have a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service, always going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
* With a sharp eye for detail and a flair for innovation, you take pride in offering treatments that feel personal and memorable.
* You're open-minded and adaptable, ready to adjust your approach and working hours to meet the needs of both guests and the team.
