Overview
Position: Room Leader at Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery, Farnborough. Salary: £29,612.90 – £35,185.80 per annum (dependent on qualification and experience).

Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, support, and inspire a team to deliver high-quality care and education for children in the room.
* Promote and ensure child welfare, health and safety, and safeguarding in line with regulatory requirements.
* Maintain strong partnerships with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to meet each child’s needs.
* Support ongoing assessment and development of children to help them meet their milestones.
Qualifications
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Early Years Educator.
* Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
* Knowledge of safeguarding, child protection, and wider legislative requirements for working with children.
* Ability to develop trust and strong partnerships with colleagues and parents/carers.
* Effective communication skills with children and adults.
