As a Home Administrator, you will manage administrative systems and processes to support our Home Manager in effectively running services. Your responsibilities include maintaining financial records, preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system, and processing payroll and HR information—all with Resident wellbeing as your top priority.

We are looking for someone with an IT and Administration qualification, such as ECDL, and experience in admin or secretarial support within a busy office environment. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, time management, and organisation are essential. Beyond technical skills, your positive energy and natural ability to communicate kindly and considerately with Residents and colleagues are vital.

Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognise signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond appropriately. All colleagues must attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns when necessary.
