The position primarily deals with managing School Fund around Educational Visits together with a wide range of financial administration and accounting tasks to include: order processing; preparation of invoices; receipt of income; recovery of bad debts; Parent Pay management and banking processes. A sound knowledge of MS Excel is advantageous. This is a part-time, 26 hours per week covering 3-5 days (flexible), term-time only position. The successful applicant will be a self-motivated, highly organised team player, have accurate financial skills, demonstrate excellent attention to detail and ideally possess knowledge of finance systems.
