What We’re Looking For
We want a proven Service Manager who:
* Has experience in a similar role, ideally within a main dealership environment.
* Can demonstrate a strong track record of driving performance, profitability, and operational excellence.
* Possesses exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
* Shares our values and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities
* Implement and maintain effective processes to achieve customer satisfaction above manufacturer averages.
* Monitor and control costs in line with the business plan while maintaining quality standards.
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer and Group standards.
* Create and maintain a safe, positive working environment.
* Support and develop colleagues to achieve their goals and deliver business objectives.
