Role Overview
A reliable Electrician’s Mate / Improver is required to support a major industrial warehouse fit‑out in Basingstoke. The work involves assisting with the installation of lighting gripple systems, lighting fracking components, and general electrical installation tasks across a fast‑paced site.
You’ll be working alongside qualified electricians and must be confident handling tools, working at height, and following instructions accurately.
Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with installation of lighting gripple systems
* Supporting electricians with lighting fracking installations
* Pulling cables, fixing containment, and general site duties
* Working safely and efficiently within an industrial environment
* Following direction from site supervisors and electricians
Requirements
* ECS Card (essential)
* IPAF (essential)
* Experience as an improver or mate on commercial/industrial projects
* Ability to start immediately
* Good work ethic and reliability
