Key Responsibilities: Support students across KS3 and KS4 in accessing the curriculum Work closely with teaching staff to deliver targeted interventions Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment Provide one-to-one and small group support where needed Help students develop confidence, independence, and resilienceIdeal Candidate: Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills Flexible, proactive, and committed to making a difference A genuine interest in education and student wellbeing The school is particularly keen to meet candidates who are either: Considering a future career in education (e.g. teaching, educational psychology, SEN support), or Have a background in psychology and are interested in applying their knowledge in a practical, supportive environment.
