The eLearning Manager will lead the launch, growth and ongoing success of our new eLearning offering for SafeContractor contractors. This role is critical to driving engagement, revenue growth and continuous improvement of the eLearning proposition. Acting as a blend of Product, Sales and Operations, the eLearning Manager will oversee customer adoption, support business account set-up within Docebo, monitor performance metrics, gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to expand the offering. What that means day to day Drive revenue growth through encouraging contractors to purchase additional courses beyond the five free courses, and supporting customers in setting up and managing business accounts. Act as the primary point of contact for general eLearning-related customer queries, ensuring a high-quality customer experience from onboarding through to course completion Monitoring and reporting on key metrics including; number of active users, course enrolments and completions, hours of content consumed and revenue generated Produce regular performance reports with insights and recommendations Gather structured feedback from users on course quality, relevance and usability Identify gaps in the current content offering and opportunities for enhancement What you’ll need to be successful The role requires experience working within eLearning, digital products, SaaS, or online platform environments, with a proven ability to drive customer engagement and support revenue growth. You’ll bring strong analytical skills and confidence in monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics, along with hands‑on experience using or administering an LMS. A commercially minded approach and the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities are also essential.
