We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote or out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
* Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
* Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis (systematic reviews, indirect comparisons, external control analyses, surrogacy analyses) and economic model development and supporting studies
* Understands strengths and limitations of methods and proposes tailored solutions
* Can clearly explain study rationale, methods, results, and strategy to teams, clients, and stakeholders
* Aligns business and team development goals and proactively identifies new opportunities
* Collaborates across units on strategy and execution
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial performance
* Developing recommendations, communicating risks and opportunities, and making final decisions
* Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
* Managing client relationships and expectations
* Leading team development and mentoring
* Contributing to strategic planning and resource discussions
* Developing operational processes
* Supporting communication within teams and resolving conflicts
* Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals
* Establishing trusted client partnerships and driving business growth
* Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
* Travel may be required
Required experience and qualifications:
o 15+ years in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership
o Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
o Experience leading research teams
o Proficiency with Microsoft Office
