As a Key Account Manager, you will bedelivering and exceeding our Sales, Profit and Impact targets through the management & development of a portfolio of key customers, as well as managing a pipeline of new business too.
The role will report to our Head of Wholesale with regular contact and interaction with all members of the Wholesale team as well as the extended business.
Being one of the faces of Change Please to the market! As Key Account Manager and Changemaker you will take ownership of a range of the Wholesale division’s Major Accounts as well as Regional Accounts across our core London heart land.We proudly work with some of the biggest players within the Leisure, Contract Catering, Education, B&I, Healthcare and Travel sectors.

* Strong experience in FMCG Account Management, particularly with food service clients

* Existing Coffee knowledge and existing Barista Skills would be a huge advantage, inspiring coffee quality and excellence at all times.
* You will be managing many projects and client requests. We need someone who is organised, diligent and can make things happen!
* We need someone who is confident representing Change Please within the coffee community. We’ll need you to support with presentations, customer training, cuppings, trade shows and events.
* Strong Commercial Acumen is really important.
* Experience in building customer reports and presentations.
* Motivated to grow sales within existing clients and targeting new business.
* A high standard of written and verbal communication in English. Don’t worry if it’s not your first language!
* Good computer skills; experienced in Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint / presentational software.
* Strategic thinking, entrepreneurial and curious by nature
* Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines whilst remaining in control and approachable.
* Positive and engaging personality, with a hands-on approach
* Accessible and responsive to face to face, phone, written and email communication.
* High integrity consistently meets commitments in a timely and professional manner.

Job Types: Full-time/Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000 per year
Schedule:Monday to Friday (variable hours)
Work Location: In person at our office in Peckham
