Rate: £13.45 PAYE or £17.87 via umbrella (Inside IR35)
Duration: 6 Months
Overview
We are seeking a Technical Administrator to support document control and data management activities in a busy environment. This role is ideal for someone organised, detail-focused, and confident working with both digital and paper records.
Key Responsibilities
* Uploading and maintaining digital files and records
* Organising and archiving documents (paper and electronic)
* Retrieving and distributing files across teams
* Checking and updating documentation for accuracy
* Scanning and verifying document quality
* Processing data requests and tracking document usage
* Supporting improvements to filing systems
* General data entry, typing, and admin support
Knowledge & Experience:
* Office or clerical experience
* Familiarity with file management systems (desirable)
Skills:
* Strong organisation and attention to detail
* Good data entry and MS Office skills
* Discretion and confidentiality
* Effective communication skills
Qualifications:
* High school education (or equivalent) – Expected
* Basic MS Office knowledge – Expected
