You’ll work closely with our teams across customer, retail, marketing & data to design technology solutions that are smart, scalable, and deliver real value to our colleagues and customers. This is your chance to help us connect the dots between great ideas and working systems, making sure our tech works hard behind the scenes so we can keep serving our communities across the UK.


This is a hybrid role with approx 3 days per week in the office.


What you’ll do:

* Partner with business and technology teams to design end to end solutions that meet our needs for now and in the future.
* Ensure solutions align with our architecture principles, roadmaps and security standards.
* Provide technical leadership through the full delivery lifecycle.
* Translate business needs into clear, achievable technical designs.
* Stay curious - spotting opportunities to innovate and improve.


Required Skills:

* Experience in public cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
* Experience in multi-million user systems, auto-scaling, database sharding, performance monitoring, and resilience patterns.
