A major industry leader has recently launched a new, high-end, technology-led corporate relocation division, now fully operational and rapidly expanding.


Backed by a well-established and highly respected brand within the removals and mobility sector, this division is positioned for significant growth—and is now seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to join its West London team.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established but already active corporate relocation offering, representing premium services designed for global businesses seeking efficiency, quality, and innovation.


We are looking for candidates with proven experience in corporate business development within relocation, global mobility, or related B2B service environments, who can confidently engage senior stakeholders and win high-value accounts.


The Role


As Business Development Manager, you will play a key part in expanding this newly launched division’s corporate client portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and converting leads into long-term commercial partnerships.


You will act as a trusted consultant, promoting a modern, tech-first relocation solution to HR, Mobility, and Procurement leaders across a wide range of corporate sectors.


Key Responsibilities


* Identify, engage, and secure new corporate business, contributing to the rapid growth of the division.
* Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company revenue goals.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
* Conduct structured lead-generation activities, including targeted outreach, email campaigns, and personalised calls.
* Deliver compelling proposals, RFP responses, and corporate presentations.
* Attend networking events, mobility conferences, and industry meetings to enhance visibility and pipeline growth.
* Work closely with marketing, operations, and implementation teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery.
* Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline and performance updates to senior management.
* Support the onboarding process after successful bid conversion.


Key Performance Indicators


* Consistent evidence of structured business development activity.
* Accurate and comprehensive documentation for each prospect.
* Innovative and tailored client solutions.
* Successful cross-selling of full service offerings.
* Smooth handover of secured accounts to operations and implementation teams.


Skills, Experience & Attributes (Essential)

* 5+ years’ experience in corporate business development, ideally within relocation, global mobility, removals, or corporate accommodation/logistics services.
* Strong understanding of modern sales processes, strategic account development, and B2B solutions selling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence when presenting to senior-level decision makers.
* High attention to detail and strong experience in writing proposals, bids, and RFP responses.
* Commercially minded with the ability to analyse data and drive strategy from insights.
* Creative, proactive, and able to identify and capitalise on new market opportunities.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage complex pipelines.
* Proficient with MS Office, CRM platforms, and ideally LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Self-driven, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-moving, competitive market.


Desirable


* Deep understanding of the relocation/global mobility landscape.
* Confident negotiator with a proven track record of closing large corporate accounts.
* Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing models.
* Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
