Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our CNC woodworking machines to produce precision components.
Key Responsibilities
* Communicate with clients via phone and email when required
* Set out jobs and create files for the CNC machine
* Operate and maintain CNC woodworking machinery
* Read and interpret technical drawings and cutting lists
* Load programs and materials, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
* Carry out quality checks to maintain high standards
* Assist with general workshop tasks when needed
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years' experience as a CNC Operator (woodworking background )
* Proficiency in CAD programs
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Reliability and excellent communication skills
