Thera North has an exciting opportunity for an Operational Manager to join our outstanding charity and senior management team on a full‑time, fixed permanent basis.
Responsibilities
The Successful Candidate will lead and manage several Support Managers and the teams they oversee. They will work as part of the Senior Management Team, maintain outstanding quality of support, and help develop further opportunities to provide support for more people.
Qualifications
* Full UK driving licence.
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care, or willingness to obtain it.
* Previous experience in providing supported living and community support for people with learning disability and complex needs in a management role.
* Knowledge of the CQC regulatory framework and ability to ensure compliance with the relevant Care Quality Commission Essential Standards.
* Excellent communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to manage diverse teams by example.
* Strong computer literacy and competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Passion for ensuring people with learning disabilities are at the forefront of designing their own support.
* Ability to manage time, prioritise work effectively, and maintain focus when faced with competing demands.
* Commitment to evaluating and managing the compliance of quality assurance systems, including audits and reviews.
