Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chesterfield for an Internal Sales Coordinator. The role entails managing customer orders, providing proactive customer service, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Key responsibilities include processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with internal sales operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Inside Sales and a demonstrated ability to contribute to sales goals
* Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain strong relationships
* Experience with Order Processing and systems for accurate and efficient handling of customer requests
* Understanding of Sales processes, with the ability to support sales strategies and initiatives
* Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in relevant software and systems, such as CRM tools
* Prior experience in a sales environment within the manufacturing or pipeline solutions sector is a plus
