In this role, you will be: •Supporting primary-aged pupils with autism and additional learning needs, using Team TEACCH strategies to structure learning. •Assisting with behaviour regulation and promoting positive choices in and out of the classroom. •Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support to meet EHCP targets. •Working with teachers, therapists, and families to ensure consistent strategies.
