They are seeking a Diagnostics Technician to join a fast-paced engineering team, located in Great Yarmouth. This role focuses on component-level fault finding, root cause analysis, and supporting compliance, testing, and continuous improvement activities across complex electronic assemblies.
What you will be doing as a Diagnostics Technician, in Great Yarmouth:
* Diagnose and fault-find electronic assemblies down to component level, including RF transmit/receive modules
* Perform analysis using test equipment such as spectrum analysers, network analysers, and power meters
* Support implementation of test setups and verification plans
* Apply structured problem-solving techniques to identify root cause of failures
* Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to closure
* Analyse failure trends to improve yield, reliability, and quality
* Support compliance, validation, and continuous improvement activities across diagnostics and production
The skills needed:
* HNC/HND or Degree xsngvjr in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience
* Strong experience in electronics diagnostics and PCB-level fault finding
* Proven ability to diagnose faults down to component level
* Experience working within quality, compliance, or regulated environments
* Strong problem-solving skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach
