Communications and Engagement Support Officer needed in Cambridge This is a temporary contract initially paying £18.26ph PAYE The reference number is: 5291064 The successful candidate will provide the initial contact for enquiries (both internal and external) that arrive into the Communications and Engagement Team’s email inbox. Ensure requests are clearly understood, take ownership and responsibility for ensuring details are logged on the team’s work planner, allocated and solved within corporate standards and deadlines. Obtaining information and providing advice and guidance on council policy and procedure as required. They will monitor, log, share and analyse media coverage. Create, maintain, input and update records, spreadsheets and databases ensuring a high degree of accuracy, extracting data for management reports, including the retention and archiving of existing files.
