- Assisting to migrate from one intranet/communication platform to another. We are switching from Workplace by Meta to Simpplr. - They will be moving information from Workplace to Simpplr by copying or downloading and then pasting or uploading every post, picture, document etc. - The working days/hours are Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and the role will last for approximately 4-8 weeks. - working closely with, and reporting to, our CEO, and may have contact with other senior leaders. We are looking for someone who is/has: - Able and confident in communicating with colleagues at all levels. - Grade C or equivalent in English. - Excellent written communication abilities. - At least one years' recent data entry experience. Additional admin experience is ideal but not essential. - Excellent working knowledge of digital platforms or intranets. - A good grasp of Microsoft operating system and associated apps. Must be able to use Excel to an extent for data entry purposes, not likely to use formulas or advanced functions. - A basic understanding of Workplace by Meta is advantageous. - Previous migration and content management experience would be advantageous. - Must have high diligence and attention to detail. - Must have good prioritisation and time management skills. - Must have high integrity and discretion, as they may be handling sensitive information.
