THE ROLE
Hidden in the heart of a snowy forest, beneath the glow of starlight, lives the devoted and magical Father Christmas. Polished and gentle in manner, he carries himself with grace, yet his spirit is filled with the joy and wonder of childhood. As Lapland's master toymaker, his mission is to craft gifts that bring happiness to children everywhere.
In this role, you will embody this warm and welcoming figure, creating unforgettable moments for every family who steps into Lapland's world.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Greeting families in a warm and welcoming manner
* Listening to children's Christmas wishes and engaging with them meaningfully
* Posing for photos with families to capture cherished memories
* Handing out gifts, ensuring that every child feels special
* Maintaining the authenticity and magic of Father Christmas in every interaction
* Following designated timings for each family visit to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for all guests
* Working with our West End Professional Wardrobe teams to uphold the highest standards, preserving Lapland's authenticity.
EXPERIENCE
Previous acting or immersive theatre experience can be helpful, but it's not essential. We provide full training to ensure you reflect the elegance, warmth, and enduring magic of Father Christmas.
