Job Description
Aramark is seeking an experienced Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee multiple business dining locations in St. Louis. The Multi-Unit General Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence, driving customer satisfaction, and achieving financial goals across all assigned units. This role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and a commitment to delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Job Responsibilities
1. Leads a multi-unit team, delivering operational excellence in contracted services.
2. Manages the client and community relationships at the location, continually assessing operations, and developing plans to provide optimal service and drive employee and customer satisfaction.
3. Cultivates, empowers, and leads a diverse management team and staff, ensuring they are equipped to achieve organizational goals.
4. Delivers outstanding service with a results-driven approach for clients, excels in identifying and resolving creative problems, and adept at strategic planning.
5. Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth based on understanding of operational needs, capabilities, & contractual obligations.
6. In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and assists in the design of improvements to optimize financial performance and operational productivity.
7. Manages compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and codes and maintains all associated records and reports.
8. Assumes full responsibility for the operation, ensuring all service timelines and other deadlines set by management or clients are met.
9. Ensures compliance with Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Aramark's Business Conduct Policy at all times.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in multi-unit management or similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in an area of Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
3. The ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building and growing a strong business is essential to success in this role.
4. Savvy interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, senior management, and Aramark support staff.
5. Comfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities within contract terms and conditions to address operational issues.
6. Meaningful experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality environment.
7. Proven ability leading through other managers.
8. Experience in creating and managing a department budget, financial controls and analysis.
9. Experience crafting product sales strategies and implementing operational programs and initiatives.
