About the Role: One of my local government clients are currently recruiting for an experienced proactive and organised Administrator to join the Parking Permits Team on a temporary contract. This role plays a vital part in supporting the delivery of essential parking services to local residents and businesses operating in Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs). Key Responsibilities: * Review and process online parking permit applications for residents and businesses * Assess eligibility, issue permits, or request further information where needed * Respond to enquiries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner * Provide face-to-face customer support at the permits counter in reception * Liaise with internal departments, residents, and external stakeholders to resolve permit-related queries * Handle complex or escalated cases with professionalism and attention to detail * Maintain accurate records in accordance with council procedures and data protection regulations Key Requirements: * Previous experience in a similar administrative role, ideally within local government or a parking services environment * Strong communication skills – both written and verbal * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently * Confident using IT systems and managing customer data * Able to remain calm under pressure and prioritise tasks effectively If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd
