Compensation
* Hourly Wage: $29 - $37 per hour (actual rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage for the job location)
* Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives
* Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances (based on schedule, facility, season, or work performed). Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
