Onboarding Property Manager
Location: Remote (Ad hoc travel for team meetings at our head office in Camberley and occasional landlord meetings)

Job Summary
Reporting to the Property Management Regional Director, you will lead the onboarding process for new landlords, coordinating with off‑boarding agents, internal teams and landlords to ensure accurate, timely, and professional handover.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end onboarding for new property portfolios: data entry, documentation uploads and follow‑up with previous managing agents.
* Build respectful relationships with landlords, ensuring all documentation is complete and fostering confidence and trust.
* Collaborate with the Lettings team and Multi‑Landlord Property Managers, providing updates on onboarding progress and ensuring smooth handover.
* Track onboarding milestones and monitor portfolio status; identify and flag delays or issues.
* Compile weekly reports on onboarding progress and outstanding documentation.
* Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance onboarding efficiency.
* Perform general administrative duties with attention to detail and high standards.

* Excellent communicator with strong customer‑service skills.
* Confident handling data, documentation and multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
* Brave and persistent, proactively following up to obtain needed information.
* Comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.
* Committed to doing things the right way – with respect, integrity and passion.
* Natural talent for building rapport, especially during key transition moments.
* Sales or client‑service mindset, able to communicate persuasively and confidently.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Prior experience in property management (preferred).
* Ability to manage complex administrative tasks and timelines.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Competency in Microsoft Excel and other data‑management tools.
* Experience with Reapit (preferred).
