We’re seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at Lochside House Hotel, ensuring smooth service, operational efficiency, and excellent guest experiences.
Lochside House Hotel is part of the award‑winning, family‑owned RAD Hotel Group. As a member of our management team, you will contribute to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. What You’ll Be Doing:
* Overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth service and efficient workflows across all departments.
* Leading, developing, and motivating the hotel management team.
* Managing rotas, staffing levels, and ensuring cost controls are met.
* Monitoring and acting on customer feedback to maintain exceptional service standards.
* Ensuring operational procedures and company standards are consistently followed.
* Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company policies across all hotel operations.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience managing operations in a hotel or similar quality venue.
* Strong communication skills with a professional and clear approach.
* Motivated and results‑driven, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
* A strong customer service orientation with the ability to swiftly resolve issues and create memorable guest experiences.
* Experience in managing costs and achieving business objectives in hospitality.
