Job Description

What you will do
* Drive the design and implementation of AI features across nPlan's product set, taking ideas from inception to release.
* Collaborate closely with Product and Research Engineers to integrate cutting‑edge AI solutions into production systems.
* Experiment with new models and apply multiple ML / LLM approaches to extract meaningful insights from complex graph data.
The ideal candidate
* Has shipped LLM and generative AI‑based applications to production, with experience in evaluation and the development lifecycle of LLM features.
* Is proficient in Python, building APIs, and cloud‑based backends, possessing a strong technical foundation for problem‑solving.
* Keeps up to date with the latest AI developments, thrives on intellectual challenge, and is comfortable navigating initial ambiguity to find certainty.
