Job Description
I'm working on behalf of a very well established consultancy with seven existing offices nationally, now looking to build on their strong standing in the market, with a new office in the Oxfordshire area.
With the full support of the over-all business, plus direct support from the main Partner overseeing the Project Management and Building Surveying teams nationally, they are looking to capitalise on their continued success with existing clients, whilst also looking to establish new contacts and workstreams, with a particular focus on the high quality prime and super-prime residential market. (No previous experience in this sector necessary)
A broad Building Surveying skillset coupled with strong team and business building experience is required. Although an existing knowledge of the Oxfordshire market would be preferred, self-sufficient and entrepreneurial minded professionals without this market knowledge would also be considered.
