The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will take responsibility for running your section and supporting the wider brigade across all services.
You will:
* Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
* Maintain strong mise en place and organisation
* Support service across restaurant, bar and event operations
* Assist with stock control and waste management
* Uphold food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance standards
* Work collaboratively within a professional brigade
This is a fast-paced, quality-driven kitchen where teamwork and consistency are key.

About You
* Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef in a quality environment
* Confident running a section during busy service periods
* Organised, reliable and calm under pressure
* Passionate about fresh food and presentation
* Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Hotel or high-volume restaurant experience would be advantageous.
