Pilgrims’ Way Primary School is seeking a passionate and committed EYFS Teacher to join our caring and ambitious school community.

The Role
We are seeking an EYFS teacher who:
4. Is passionate about early years education and child‑centred learning
5. Understands the importance of securing strong foundations for future success
6. Can create an engaging, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
7. Inspires children to be curious, confident and enthusiastic learners
8. Works effectively as part of a supportive and collaborative team
You will play a vital role in helping children develop a love of learning, encouraging them to believe in themselves and supporting them to achieve their very best.
We Are Looking For Someone Who:
9. Has a clear understanding of the EYFS framework
10. Experience of teaching in EYFS
11. Values play‑based, purposeful learning
12. Builds strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
13. Is reflective, creative and committed to ongoing professional development
