Detailed Responsibilities
* Financial Management: Preparing annual budgets, three-year forecasts, and monthly management accounts for the Governing Body.
* Capital Projects: Overseeing the financing and project management of significant building refurbishments and new facility developments.
* Compliance & Legal: Ensuring the school meets all charitable status requirements, HMRC regulations, and health and safety legislation.
* HR & Payroll: Managing the support staff payroll and ensuring pension schemes (TPS/LGPS) are administered accurately.
