Graduate Building Surveyor\n\nManchester\n\nCTJ47\n\n£26,000 - £28,000\n\nOverview\n\nWe have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate/Assistant Building Surveyor to join our client's team in Manchester. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects with high-profile clients and provides excellent prospects for career development within our consultancy organization.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nWorking across multiple projects in different sectors and providing various building surveying duties.\nMaintaining client relationships and ensuring service delivery on a project-by-project basis.\nAssisting with project management, contract administration, condition and measured surveys, design and implementation of small to medium-sized projects, due diligence surveys, defect analysis, and building surveys.Qualifications\n\nBSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree or similar.\nWorking towards full membership of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS, MCIOB or similar).\nGood all-round surveying experience in a client-facing role.\nExperience in project design and delivery, including refurbishment and extension projects.\nAutoCAD user with the ability to communicate well at all levels and prepared to travel as required.Day-to-day\n\nYou will work collaboratively within a vibrant team, managing client relationships, and dealing with legal and technical issues.
