Are you an experienced Account Handler with a solid understanding of commercial insurance and a passion for delivering excellent client service?
We're working with a well-established and growing insurance broker looking for a Commercial Account Handler to join their dynamic team. This is a great opportunity to work across a varied book of commercial clients, supporting Account Executives and ensuring smooth day-to-day servicing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments (MTAs), and new business processing
2. Provide prompt, professional support to clients and Account Executives
3. Liaise with insurers to negotiate terms and secure competitive cover
4. Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure compliance with FCA requirements
5. Help clients understand their policies and ensure their insurance needs are fully met
6. Handle a broad range of commercial risks, from property and liability to fleet and packages
What we're looking for:
7. Experience in a commercial insurance broking environment (essential)
8. Strong technical knowledge of UK commercial insurance products
9. A confident communicator with excellent attention to detail
10. Proactive, client-focused, and team-oriented
11. Cert CII qualification (or working towards) is a plus
