Opportunities have arisen in the position of Business Change Programme Manager within the Business Change Team.
.
The post holder will be responsible for leading, managing, co-ordinating and implementing large scale and complex business change projects of strategic importance to the Constabulary. They will ensure the project delivers the transformational change, financial, efficiency, risk reduction or other benefits anticipated in the business case. This will include managing a diverse range of internal and external resources to deliver projects, including technical, project, change management, training and business specialists.

The post will work alongside our Business Change Inspector, and report directly to the Director of Strategic Development. Knowledge of organisational objectives and priorities is essential for the role. Experience within a business change role is desired. There is an expectation that candidates will be able to travel around all areas of the county, agile working from various deployment bases as and when required. There may also be some requirement to travel out of county.

Candidates will be required to complete enhanced vetting requirements to MV standard. Passing of this process is compulsory.
